Review: Last year I was suppose to have a wedding on August 25th 2012. I paid a deposit of $280.00 for my wedding cake. However I found out that I was expecting and the wedding had to be canceled due to pregnancy complications. I was advised that I could not have my money back but I could use to funds as credit towards other cakes up until August 8, 2013. My first attempt to get a cake was for my baby shower which was September 22,2012. My husband and I were informed that my cake would cost no where near the $280 deposit and that I could not use amount on multiple cakes due to something in regards to the taxes. I then had to pay someone else to make my babyshower cake. My second attempt to get a cake made was for my son's 5th birthday July 11, 2013. I spoke with [redacted] and he said that the date was not available. From then I asked what dates in July that he had available so that I could work around his availability to schedule my son's birthday gathering. He then became very rude and told me that he "wasnt going to play these games with me." I was confused as I thought he may have misunderstood me and I tried explaining that I was flexible with my dates. He said that he would not tell me what dates he had available and for me not to call back. Trying to work things out, I called again on 07/10/2013 and spoke with [redacted] who advised that [redacted] was out of the office and she would have him call me back the following morning. I have yet to hear back from them and at this point due to his attitude I do not trust him to make a cake for my family and I to eat. I would like to get my money back. I never to my recollection was even informed of their policy in which I am unable to get the funds back. That was not my issue at first but since I have been unsuccessful in getting a cake and have been chewed out that is the only route that I am willing to go at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my full deposit amount of $280
