Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I would like to say that the business Cake Whipped/ [redacted] never informed me of her return, refund or cancellation policies until after I asked for my refund of $dollars back on January 8, Cake Whipped/ [redacted] never paid or gave me any money back from my $dollar deposit I made to her on Jaunary 3, She never presented a receipt, she never had me sign a contract, she never told me anything about her policiesI've even called Cake Whipped via phone on 1/8/at 2:pm and 2:51pm which I had to leave a message ,and on 1/11/at 3:40pm and 4:13pm which she put me straight to her voice mailShe never reurned my calls to resolve this issueI even contacted Cake Whipped/ [redacted] via [redacted] messenger on 1/11/giving her one final time to resolve this issue, but she never responeded to my messagesI contacted Cake Whipped/ [redacted] on January 8, immediately after I received a call that the parents canceled my goson's party to inform her of the cancellation the same day January 8, I then asked her if she had made the cake she said "no"," that she makes cakes days before the actual party" (1/16/2016)She then proceeded to tell me she had just "bought some supplies" on January 8, The party was cancelled January 8, I informed Cake Whipped/ [redacted] the same day January 8, of the cancellation which is days before the actual party January 16, I have nothing to do with the cancellation of the party as the parents were throwing a party for their son which is my godson'sI was merely the cake buyer for the party which was to be held on January 16, but was cancelled on January 8, I've had no contact with Cake Whipped/ [redacted] since I've called and message the business on January 11, via phone and [redacted] messengerI've received no product no cake from Cake Whipped/ [redacted] Please add these comments to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

deposit which $75-$12.50 = $62.50 (the real ½ deposit). She canceled the party, she should have a problem with whoever canceled the party not me
