I placed order number *** through the website on April I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged $for two shirtsI have not heard back from the companyI have sent two emails, left one voicemail and sent an inquiry through its webform

I purchased an item from this company through an app called Jane that they sell items on I placed my order back in early April and still have not received my item and it is June When I check the status of the order it shows that is is processing I have tried contacting the seller numerous times and I only receive a generic email stating that someone will get back to me in hours I never hear anything else after that I have asked for them to please send the item I was already charged for and now I am asking for a refund They will not respond
