Review: Owner and company staff refuse to settle issues to tax preparation services they are paid for. Cannot get explanation from them regarding faulty information they put on my 2013 tax forms such as wrong name, forged signature, wrong bank account no. & addresses. Cannot verify whether it was submitted to IRS or not until now. I received notice from Franchise Tax Board saying "No records of 2013 California personal Income Tax return". Owner/accountant already fully paid for services.Desired Settlement: Provide me an explanation to the errors made on my tax returns and why IRS does not have a record of it. Provide me a copy of corrected tax forms to IRS
