Review: I took items in for owner to review. She did not have time to look though the items and asked if I could leave them there and she will look though them. I agreed and told her to let me know when she finishes and I will pick up the items she did not want for trade in. I came in 2 days later after she contacted me to pick all items she did not accept(i understand some stains can be seen under their lights that can not be seen under regular lights). She had all my clothes mixed around. The one worker told me I can go though them and get my items out. I started to, then told her most everything in that bag she had for donation was my stuff if I can just take it. Then they told me to leave all the items and the owner will go though and take my items out. I know some of the items I had that she had in there were brand new and I could not find any stains at all on them. The owner contacted me via [redacted] and told me that most of the items were stained which was why she was disgarding my items. I repeated to her that I wanted my items back that she did not want, especially since I saw the items that I brought in were not stained and up to her standard she wanted them and even under the lights I could not see any stains on the clothes I found that I brought in.Desired Settlement: My items back or refund in cost(actual value to replace items) of the items she donated or did not return to me.
