I paid [redacted] $4,500 to fix roofing issues, causing ice dams about 3 years ago. Now the ice dams and leaking water are worse then ever!I am typing this from my office and I don't have exact dates with me today. About 3 years ago, I think, was the time I had [redacted] come to my house because of ice dams on my roof, following a snow storm. He claimed he could fix the problem. Well, evidently he didn't "fix" the problem and I paid him over $4,500, through my home equity line of credit, only to have more leaking ceilings once again! This time it's worse then ever! I don't think people should be using him at all! He doesn't know what he's doing. I know I'll never see that money back, because I'm sure he doesn't have it anyway. I just want others to know that he doesn't know what he's doing.A refund of my money would be wonderful, but you can't blood out of a stone, that's for sure. Desired SettlementI would love my money back so I can get someone who is qualified to fix my problem, but I'm sure that isn't going to happen. But, I would like others to know that he doesn't know what he's doing!
