I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I reviewed what was the response of *** @ dealership and it was not made aware the true condition of the vehicle yes we had discussed me bringing the vehicle in for all repairs its a list that was verbally told to *** with the date of to bring the vehicle in for all repairs regardless of were the vehicle was taken to or not it should be legally in able safety condition upon purchase whether as is or not the water pump prohibited the vehicle from being drive able the last day of payment and the first day of purchase and yes I want my $returned in full payment for the water pump and yes I will get the vehicle to him for all necessary repairs such as: tie rod on passenger side change belt, change bottom radiator hose, check blower inside car in front dashboard doesn't work @ all(blows no heat), driver's side window needs a motor window doesn't let down or come up(at all),check double sliding doors the power doesn't work with the opening and closing electronically so I contacted the D O T 10-27-2014 their gonna be getting in touch with *** and cair car auto sales as well and they have the list of vehicle repairs that's needed and I spoke with them as well as to reimbursed my $payment for the water pump.

We inspected this vehicle and everything checked out fineThe customer test drove the vehicle and agreed it was a nice vehicleHe purchased the vehicle "As Is"He drove it to Illinois when he claims the water pump failedI cannot do anything about that problem as the water pump was in good
working order when the van was purchasedAs far as the tie rod end being bad I would replace that if it is bad due to wareHe would have to call and make an appointment to have us look at it.Let me know if you need more information.Sincerely*** ** ***
Review: I purchase a vehicle from [redacted] @ car lot he stated the van was a good runner "NO PROMBLEMS"!!! he even droved it himself in and out of town on highway turns out the last payment on the van the water pump went out on van 09-26-14 as well as the tie rod is bad too the van needs front end work took van to mechanic who put new water pump on 10-15-14 he charged $80 dollars for labor and the parts I purchased @ o'rielly's auto parts in the amount of $69.25. I also had told [redacted] on several occasin 9-26-14,9-27-14, all the way thru oct 2014 to the date the van needed work and the $1450.00 that was pd shouldn't have been pd with the money I am putting into the van because he failed to make me aware of all the mechanical work that's needed.I also purchase the van with the help of my disable girlfriend who needs the van for doctor's apt and I purchased the van thinking it would be reliable dependable for me to seek employment and travel.Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully reimbursed in the amount of$149.25.For the repairs I paid for (in full) back to me for the purchase of a new water pump and mechanic labor I will be faxing and mailing receipts of all supporting documents and I would like to have the van brought back to dealership in a timely manner t do a "FREE" front end work ATTN: please contact me by mail @ [redacted] and by the above phone numbers in regarding all my complaints please

We inspected this vehicle and everything checked out fine. The customer test drove the vehicle and agreed it was a nice vehicle. He purchased the vehicle "As Is". He drove it to Illinois when he claims the water pump failed. I cannot do anything about that problem as the water pump was in good working order when the van was purchased. As far as the tie rod end being bad I would replace that if it is bad due to normal ware.
