cancerous tumors and many other life-threatening diseases like severely blocked arteries and massive abdominal aneurysm's that the patients were not aware that they had.  We are not sure how his advert has the word "ANY" as related to kidney pathology.  We are well aware of the limitations of ultrasound technology and that ultrasound CANNOT find ANY organ pathology.  We are looking into this advert that he has.  Please see our attachment where it includes the proper wording relating to organ pathology.  It states that we MAY be able to detect organ pathology depending on certain conditions and/or attributes.  It is also important to note that the organ scans are courtesy (not paid) scans while we are looking at the main arteries.  Our technicians are Certified AND Registered in Abdominal Studies.  As far as we are aware of, we have Never missed any obvious physical pathology of an organ.  At this point, it is impossible to tell if the mass was visible in 2014 or 2015.  According to our Radiologist, the mass could have exhibited aggressive growth within the last year.
