Purchased one item at Cahaba cycle ,their service tech serviced our bike with this one item, they charged for two items and refuse to make Restitution
Purchased one item at Cahaba cycle, they charged me for two items, their service guy gave me the empty one container back upon installation, they refuse to make restitution, even Communicated this noted above to someone who's name is fairs, he apparently owned the business.
Attempted to reach this individual Numerous times via the telephone, each attempt was unsuccessful.
Left Numerous Messages for this fairs to call back, again, zero communication.
Simply want a refund for the over charge for this blatant overcharge.
