I purchased a $50.00 gift card from this establishment on 11/29/2017 and gave it to my elderly mother-in-law for a Christmas gift on December 25, 2017. At the time of purchase there were no restrictions on or expiration notice regarding use of the gift card. Tonight on 01/24/2020 the establishment informed her that the gift card could not be accepted by their system and was expired.
On the back of the gift card it is clearly stated that the card does not expire and no fees will be assessed. I called the phone number listed on the back of the card upon arriving back home and the balance on the card is reported by that phone service is $50.00.

Regarding the complaint made by ***, Complaint ID, I propose that I fully refunded *** with a check of $75.00 accompanied with an apology letter on February 24, 2020. He accepted my apology and check with great satisfaction. *** has deposited the check on March 14th, 2020. Attached is the documentation proof of the deposited check and apology letter.
