As with all orders, we repeated the order to Ms. [redacted] to confirm it with her before we hung up.  She called us after she received...

the calzone and said it was so large, that she didn’t want that size. I explained that I could refund her $3.00, the difference between the large and small, but was not going to refund her the total amount. We have been in business for many years and have never had a complaint. We get our vegetable fresh everyday. The tomatoes in the calzone get cooked within the calzone, and they were certainly fresh that day. I take my business and customers very seriously and stand behind the business and food.
