Review: I have a voucher from groupon for the restaurant cafe La Maze in National City, CA. I paid $20 for $40 worth of food. I understand this to be a contract between myself, groupon and cafe la maze. The only restriction (fine print) was that the voucher can not be redeemed on holidays. Today, Friday February 14, 2014 I attempted to redeem the voucher, but the manager refused. I asked why, he sad because it's a special event. I informed him that there are no restrictions in the fine print for special events/days, just for holidays. He replied, then it's a holiday. I informed him that it wasn't, but he refused to accept the voucher. I think this is a breach of contract.Desired Settlement: I think the business is responsible for acknowledging their wrong doing, and apologizing for it.
