Cafe Europa

Review: We opened an account with this company approximately 6 months ago and it took approximately 60 days to receive our first invoice after multiple phone calls. Since then we have attempted to pay them what we owe, but the company refuses to provide the proper documentation (W9 forms, etc.) to our accounting department so they can be set up as a vendor. They only have an email address that goes to a group and no one answers. When you call their phone number, you get a message that their voicemail is full.Desired Settlement: I need someone from their accounting department to contact our accounting department so Café Europa can fill out the appropriate paperwork, so we can set them up as a vendor and pay the outstanding invoices. I have been contacting them starting February 2015 and the last attempt was by a coworker on 8/1*/2015. They keep sending us statements for what is due, but paperwork is needed before our company can make a payment. When I called the store to complain, the manager told me that all their customers call complaining about this very same issue. I have since stopped ordering catering due to this issue.
