*** called the office wanting her and her children's prescriptions sent in a day early because they were leaving town the day the scripts were to be submitted, which was the next dayWe explained to the patient the doctor was out of the office for the rest of the week and we would send a
message to himWe explained that only he can send prescriptions, not any of the staffThis response was not good enough for herI also explained how the post dated prescriptions worked to her twice, both days that she calledShe got so mad and started yelling at everyone she spoke with because she was not getting what she wanted when she wanted itShe claimed she called the week before, but we looked through our caller ID and there were no calls from her numberThe second day I spoke with Mrs*** she kept interrupting me and would not let me explain anything to herEventually I did tell her that if she would not stop interrupting me that I would end the conversationFive words into my next sentence she interrupted me and I did hang up the phoneHowever, everything I told her the second day I had already explained the first dayShe got so mad that she tracked down the doctor on face book and tried messaging himThe patient also claims I cursed at her and called her namesThere were never any curse words from either of usI had her on speaker phone the entire conversation to have witnessesShe told another staff member I called her names and even that staff member told her she heard the entire conversation and that was incorrect The doctor was informed of her actions and he is the one who decided to release her as a patientHe was not too pleased that he could not leave the office for a few days without this kind of behavior
