We had a appointment 3/31/between 10-After no body showed or called after I called them and they said the truck broke down but they would call me back and let me know what time they will be at my houseAfter 4pm I called again and whoever answered the phone said the office was closed but I could call the tech and he could tell me when he is comingI called him and he said he wasn't coming but could come another dayI said ok but it has to be in the afternoon because I can't take another day off work and just sit around and wait all day againThey said no they can't do it in the afternoons because they are never in my area that time of the daySo I asked if I needed to call another company he said ya go ahead and hung up on meThey were very rude and if I hadn't called asking if they were going to show up I don't think they would have ever called me!
