I was lied to about what would be done and how long it would take and made guarantees if I spent this much money Yesterday I took my car that had been parked for a while to get cleaned so I can start a new jobThe guy I dealt with told me I had to purchase the $package to get my car cleanHe actually pointed out multiple things on my vehicle and said this is the only package that will clean these areas and to not do it could cause damage to some of the areasThese were the specific areas that weren't doneHe told me it would take no more than hours, I was there for almost He reassured and guaranteed me that if I spent $all these things would be done to perfection and in this timeframeNone of it was true Today I went back to discuss all of this with management who said he had no problem with the lies and tricks I was told to get me to spend more money nor did he seem bothered that the specific things I was promised were not doneHe told me when a car sits for

Wendsday January 4, I went to get a carwash inside & out by Cactus Car Wash in Douglasville Georgia and when I received my car my passenger side window tint was missing a large triangle piece of tint in the middle of the window! My passenger side window was not pealing or ripping of the tint but somehow they now have a large triangle shape portion of my window Tint missing from the inside! Cactus CarWash manager states that the employee that washed my car didn't see it & then she said he said it was already there! I even asked her to look at the cameras,she said it was too dark! So unprofessional & I would appreciate if my window tint can be replaced

They have broken my car, they have not vacuumed my trunk on a hatchback crossover, and they left a streak on the side that will not come out
I have reached out to Cactus Carwash in the past, and to my chagrin, no one has cared to contact me regarding issues that I have experiencedThe initial issue was their car washers scratching my screens in my car I let it go because no one ever contacted me and there is no way to fix the issue without having an new screen installedThis time, they did not vacuum my trunk which on a hatchback/crossover is easy to do, and they left a streak on the side of my car which will not come out

Cactus car wash employee got in my truck and ran it into a concrete baluster on job site where they were going to detail my car they refuse to write check to me they refused to give me insurance number or owner of cactus car wash in Douglasville Georgia's phone number they refuse to rent a vehicle for me the only way that they'll pay for is if I go to their specific auto body shop and they will only write the check to classic collision that's illegal I own the truck out right and I want to have the check written to me directly end of this problem be resolved I also needI also need a rental truck of the size the truck they damage so that I can pull my foot trailer and bobcat during the repair of the truck

I normally am very pleased with the service I have received hereThat is until today
I brought my hummer in for detailingEverything was fine right up until I tried to leave
The company does your detail and then when your finished requests that you personally navigate out of their limited and often filled drive through exitTHEY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CARE OUT TO THE END AND INSIST THAT YOU DO AFTER YOUR DETAIL IN THE BACK OF THE FACILITY
The issue is that this exit area is often filled with employee or other cars that do not allow safe exit This is also a violation of the business code in our area
Today they had two trucks stacked back to back in the exit areaI very nicely asked them to move these vehicles, after several minutes no came to answer my request so I attempted to navigate through the very narrow exit area
Unfortunately, my right passenger mirrow on my just detailed Hummer Hlimited edition was damagedThe company refused to repair or replace it
