Lost my suit jacket for a weekNeeded it for a wedding and did not have it in time

I went to their location on Parker Road in Aurora I was told that my laundered shirts would be $a shirt I asked why their other location about miles away was advertising $shirt The woman at the counter said it was because the rent was so high at the Orchard location, they had to charge more I tried to explain that as a consumer, it does not sit right to not charge the same price within the same company

I dropped in some items to be cleaned at Cachet Cleaners in Highlands Ranch, one item being a heavily embellished blouse all over most of the frontBecause it is so delicate I would always hand wash it
I had an important meeting and wanted to wear a great blouse, but had no time to hand wash it and wait for it to line dryI decided to take it to Cachet, and even paid extra to have my items (including the delicate blouse) expedited
Since my meeting got pushed up I had to buy another pretty blouse instead, and I went back for my items days laterIt was several more days before I even considered wearing the embellished blouse and to my horror Cachet destroyed the blouse, and had the audacity to stick an “item was brought in damaged” on my blouse
