Cabot Creamery

To whom it may concern:
I purchased a 8oz bar of Cabot Pepper Jack cheese, it has been refrigerated, is unopen, has a sell by date of 1/06/19, and it has quite a bit of mold on it , on the ends, as well as on the front and back of the bar. I frequently do buy Cabot brand cheeses and have never encountered a situation like this! We try to vacation in Vermont every summer for a week, and no trip would be complete without stopping at your annex! This bar has a UPC Code 0 78354 70759 3, has a sell by date of 01/06/19 followed by L07038 20:18 and was purchased at Stop & Shop, located on Tiogue Ave, in Coventry, RI 02816.

As we often eat cheese, I would like to ask, if you could send a replacement coupon, or a replacement bar of cheese to us. I gave you a high satisfaction rating, as we often do buy your products and this is the first time we have had any problem with a Cabot product.
