Review: I was told the the silver I orders would arrive in two weeks. After Two weeks went by, no delivery was made so I contacted CSN. They told me it would be another week. After an additional week went by the told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or receive my money back.

This order has now been shipped, the items had been backordered. The Order number is so-[redacted], was shipped 5/6/15, BestService, track # [redacted].
Review: On October 23, 2012 after watching a TV advertisement featuring [redacted] who represented the Cable Shopping Network, I purchased a full set of State Quarters coins at a price of $218.90. I paid for this offer on October 23 using a [redacted] credit card. The offer included the State Quarter coins to be issued in future years, "at no additional cost".
In January 2013 I received a set of five updated coins, but I hadn't yet received the full set of 50 State Quarters. I called and spoke to [redacted] and he sent me a form to claim non-receipt of coins. This I returned on January 13, 2013. In March 2013 I received another set of five coins, but still did not receive the full set. I called and spoke to [redacted] again on April 3, 2013 and [redacted] maintained the full set of coins had been shipped to my address twice. On May 31, 2013 I called to leave another message regarding the failure of Cable Shopping Network to fulfill my purchase order and no-one called me back. On June 20, 2013 I called once again and stated that if no-one called me back and fulfilled my purchase, I would take matters further.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my purchase cost of $218.90 returned. I will return the few coins I have received to Cable Shopping Network, at their cost, if they so desire.

Dear Revdex.com Representative,This customer has now been sent two packages both of which she is claiming she did not receive. I can provide a copy from the [redacted] which documents that the second product we sent of the entire 1999-2010 set of coins was delivered (See below). We did add extra tracking for the second package as she stated that she had not received the first package that we sent.I am unsure as to why she is not receiving it after [redacted] states it was delivered. Please Revdex.com give me your thoughts as to what else we should do as a company when I can provide documentation that the coins were delivered. Please find three attachments which provide documentation of shipping address, tracking information and proof of delivery.I welcome your suggestions of how we should handle this as we have already sent two full packages to this customer.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]Cable Shopping Network

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am stating that I have not received the entire 1999-2010 set of coins. Cable Shopping Network appears to be accusing me of not telling the truth. The information you provided me did not contain any attachments or enclosures which verified their claim of delivery. As this package was not received by me the first time, I am baffled why the second set would be sent in the same manner. Common business sense would suggest the second set would be sent in such a manner that a signature would be required on receipt or a different carrier used. If these were delivered, they were not delivered to me. On the website "[redacted]" there are other complaints regarding order fulfillment. I am hoping that the Revdex.com can resolve this dispute by requesting the business refund my payment and I will return the few coins I have received. Thank you. Regards,[redacted]

Response:
No one is calling this customer a thief or liar however I have documented via the [redacted] that the shipment the customer stated was never sent was received. This is clearly documented by the attached documents sent in the prior response. I will send a third set to customer, signature required to ensure customer receives package directly from carrier.Thank you.[redacted]

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I am looking forward to receipt of my set of coins as outlined in Cable Shopping Network's second response. I will be contacting the Revdex.com again if I don't receive the coins by the end of July 2013. Regards,[redacted]
