Cabitron Kitchen & Bath

A friend of mine purchased custom cabinets from this company; in fact, they were bought and paid in full in August, 2014. When the custom color painted cabinets finally arrived, they were noticeably damaged – warped, chipped, broken, cracked. Cabitron owner’s response was “you have touch-up paint”. Since then, many issues have come up, none of which have lead to rectifying the situation, and to date, the job is still not finished. For the cost involved with these custom cabinets, the owner should have taken care of the problems immediately and without hesitation. But, ten months later, these issues still have not been resolved. This is no way to conduct business; as it has been one lie after another. My friend has now been recently told that in order to get the necessary work completed to finally finish the job (that should have been taken care of long ago), they will first have to remove the current comment from Yelp, because it is not positive. Really?
If this is the type of service you would want or expect after spending a considerable amount of money on custom cabinetry for your home, then this is the company for you. There are far too many other businesses out there that still believe in great customer service, doing the right thing, and 100% customer satisfaction, not just the bottom line.
