First and foremost, the issue has been settledWe, Cabinets Expo inchave received the cabinets and other material in full and awaiting paperwork for the bank dispute.Partial cabinets were delivered due to the quantity of cabinets and limited space available on vehicleAs mentioned to the customer, we do not have a delivery service but agreed to do so as a courtesyWe did acknowledge the cabinets were an off color so we attempted to replace the off Color cabinets but those also came an of ColorDue to the cabinets consistent defects, we agreed to refund the non-refundable itemsWe do not have any sort of agreement stating we deliver and pick up cabinetsWe did our best to accommodate each issue with the customer promptly within our availability such as additional discounts, re-ordered items, delivery, and looked-over rules(i.eSpecial order items) stated on reverse side of each invoice copy
