3/26/ Just an update to our complaint against Cabinetpak Kitchens: As of today, the company has still not contacted us regarding the fixes that we have requested Their phone lines are still out of order and I have stopped by their showroom twice during business hours and it has been closed The only response that we have received is the letter that the Revdex.com sent to our house with Cabinetpak's written response Thank you, [redacted]

Just an update to our complaint against Cabinetpak Kitchens:
As of today, the company has still not contacted us regarding the fixes that we have requested.
Their phone lines are still out of order and I have stopped by their showroom twice during business hours and it has been closed.
The only response that we have received is the letter that the Revdex.com sent to our house with Cabinetpak's written response.

Cabinetpak Kitchens is aware of this complaint. The timeline has been to long. We had thought this matter was handeled by our production manager who is no longer at our company because of issues like this. The complaint is not truely accurate as the two cabinet fronts are two drawer fronts that were...
installed at the proper time. We noticed that they needed to be a little bit larger and informed the client that we would order new drawer fronts. Nothing was missing when we left as indicated, only replacement drawers to be ordered. If calking is yellowing we will replace. I have talked to the client several times and have ordered new drawer fronts. As far as our office it is not closed, only experiencing difficulity due to our entire office works off of an internet server that is down for the second time. So our phones are not operating at this time but will be resolved soon. We have a large satisified customer base and sometimes these things slip through the cracks when you have employee issues. Those issues are solved and business is returning to normal. We are deeply sorry that this client felt the need to take this action and they can be assured it will be solved. We apologize for this mishap and will be contacting the client again.
