Hi this is *** *** from cabinet refinishing I have one on answered complaintI would like to respond to thatI did a job in Kingston mass the person's first name is ***We did the kitchen and we did her bedroom the job was 100% complete they were very happy since then they had the
hardwood floors in the kitchen done and they had hardwood floor put in in the bedroom now there's a lot of touch up which I said I go back and do but haven't had the time yetThere will be a charge it's just like when you buy a car if you drive it off the lot and hit something the dealership is not responsible if the hardwood floor people damage things chipped scratch the paint that is not my responsibilityThey had paid me in full and going over the entire job we did a little touchups before we left and they were 100% satisfied since all the other work has been done now this touchupsI will do touchups but not for free nobody works for free
