I bought the car in February, I've literally had it days, they told knew the car was falty but sold it anyways, with warranty claims
In February 2016, I took out a note on a dodge Journey, it is June and I've probably used that car non consecutive days because the car was falty and they knew about it Upon contacting the warranty company about getting the motor fixed (which everyone I asked about the dealership said if it messes up the warranty will fix it) I found out that the Mechanic contacted the warranty company before and without my knowledge which leads to the warranty company not wanting to fix it
Don't do it! Worst experience ever! I bought a car here, waited two weeks to even drive it, then another two weeks to have it then "suddenly" breakdownPollard claims to have "certified" pre-owned, but my catalytic converter gave outI bought the extended warranty but of course it's not coveredAnyone who works on cars knows they just don't go outThere a good chance they could have found it pre inspectionI haven't even made my first paymentThen I call my Sales man....he gives me the run aroundI have gone to smaller, pay in house car lots and had cars last a lot longerNow am down $for a diagnostic and $to get it fixedThe one car I had that was supposed to be reliable
Sales people are giving some free gift cards ($values) that are reported as a scam/ripoffThey want to attract people with fake contest/giveaway
I have received a flyer about a contest/giveaway and I got a winning numberThe flyer said that I was sure to win either $cash, $gift card, iPad or $10,I have contacted the company through email to ask if it was a scam or not and their replied me "no, it is not a scam"So I went, got my $gift card, the sale man didn't talk much on it and went quickly over the sales they will have soon, with low interests
Once I got home, I checked on Google the giftcard and it is reported as a scam/ripoff by many people, loosing about $when they use it
This happened Friday 25th of March by 5:pm, the saleman is *** J *** Jr (I got his business card)
