I purchased a set of cab solar running lights from this place and a few months later I started having problems with them. They have three modes and lights wouldn’t sinc, they would Turn on in different modes from each other every time I turned them on. I contacted to company and told them what was happening and they said to return them and they haven’t ever heard of this before. I sent them back and they sent me replacements. On arrival and inspecting them, I found that only one light has been replaced and/or they gave me four used ones, only one came with a protective film on the lens. I installed the lights in good faith that the supplier took care of the issue and only one week later I had problem with one light turning off by itself. I contacted the supplier again and he told me I need to buy a long high output LED light to hang over my truck to charge my lights, basically re-wire my garage to charge a set of $400+ lights. I installed a high output LED light over my truck and let it charge For over a week without moving my truck. I tried to turn them on to see if they were still working/sinc’ed and one light won’t even turn on. I contacted seller and asked for a refund and he told me there is a 30 day moneyback guarantee not a six month moneyback guarantee and offered me replacement again. He even offered me a upgrade. The original lights I purchased had three different functions bright, dim and flashing. His upgrade is on/off. Now does that sound like a upgrade to you? All during multiple emails back and forth he has mentioned that I was the only one having problems with them. But in one of his emails he mentions how he switched to this so called upgrade due to sincing issues. Also, I went on his Facebook page and posted a bad review so other potential customers could see my experience with the business and then I received a threatening email “Hope you never have a warranty issue”. With that being said, I don’t want to work with this guy on any warranty due to his threat. I want a refund.
We have a one year warranty and a 30 day return policy. This customer bought 7 months ago he still has 5 months of warranty left. He is free to use this.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already had one warranty replacement that is no better than the original product that I sent back to them for having issues and by posting a bad review of my experience with this company, I was threatened with “I hope you never have a warranty”.

As I stated he is still under warranty. And the customer can still use this warranty

I am rejecting this response because:I have no reason to believe this person will honor a warranty claim. I have already sent the product back under warranty once, just to end up with the same product that still doesn’t work. This person/business is a rip-off and very unprofessional. I’m done with this person and I will keep posting bad reviews on ever social media outlet there is. I might not get my money back BUT I take great comfort in knowing, I will be persuading some people not to get ripped off by this person. Even if I stop two people from buying this crap, I took more money from him than he did me. ??
