CAA Peterborough

I have dealt with caa peterborough for years and no problems 5 out of 5 until this year.
We booked a trip for new years and paid extra for price drop where you can only use once. Ours dropped $450.00.it was put in by our agent to sunwing. I was told we would be reimbursed via cheque within 4 weeks.NOW GOING ON 10 WEEKS. No help from the agent the last I was told from her 2 weeks ago sunwing said the cheque was sent out. Told her we had not received any cheque. She told me she sent sunwing an email to get the address where they sent it. I have since contacted her and she is denying she said that. BS we have dealt with this agent for years and given her a lot of money. Tom Parnell peterborough ontario canada

CAA My Pace auto insurance. I cancelled the policy BEFORE the start date because I had been given wrong info. CAA charged me a $25 cancellation fee even though I was misled as to how it worked. I wonder how many people are misled, seems like a racket to me.
