Service is horrible, craftsmanship is terrible. The owner refuses to complete work in a timely manor and ignores all requests for repair of damages done by his subpar workers. He has also made racially derogatory remarks toward Mexican people in general. I take offense to this as my wife is Mexican. Many aspects of my kitchen remodel have been ignored and the owner is combative and will not make repairs after his employees destroy portions of the home. Complaints have been filed with the city inspector, they are following up on it and enforcing laws and regulations now. Employees and owner ignore repeated requests for call backs regarding completion dates, or even the simplest things, like what day and time the workers will show up. Workers have ate my food when I wasnt there and left trash all over the place, including my food wrappers. Steer clear at all costs. I will be filing a report with the *** and possibly retaining a lawyer in the coming days.
