I purchased my 2004 Nissan Murano in July of 2019. I paid Mr. three payments of 500 dollars. He told me not to worry about the late fee because of my mother and sister health issues at the time. When I made the last payment he informed me that my title would be coming in the mail in about six to eight weeks. I lost my job due to Mr. not turning my papers in to the dmv and I got pulled over and the police officer informed me that the vehicle is still in the previous owner’s name. I have been asking him since I purchased the vehicle for drive out plates and my title. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation informed me today to contact Mr. and try to get the situation resolved. When I went up there today at 4:45pm, he was rude, embarrassed me, slandered my name and defamed my character in front of other customers. I have witnesses each time I went to either make a payment and inquire about my vehicle title.
