C4 Delivery Svc

The company was hired to move certain items from one house to another. While moving our mattress in a small van it was damaged. The mattress was folded and the springs were damaged. The project manager was informed of the problem and came out to look at the bed. He said there was no damage before the move and that the company would replace the mattress. I have tried multiple times to contact [redacted], the project manager but he will not return any calls, e-mails or texts. The bed is only a years and a half old and now is unusable.
