C'Mon Inn

While I will say that much of this review is misrepresentative of the events that unfolded, I want to assure you that guest satisfaction is our first priority and it is never acceptable that anyone leave unhappy I feel that I must address a few key parts of this review directly
ie, the needle in the picture appears by all who look at it to be an insulin needle ie there was no flooding ie staff states no mention of plugged toilet made, but found when housekeeping cleaned room ie there was no contracted plumber sent to the room ever ie we did not wake or force out of room ie staff did change the sheets at the guest request ie Gm Dean did respond to the (one) email sent to him informing of the situationThe second email was very hostile, and directed the GM NOT to reply back as the guest already was submitting his complaint to others so need for a reply, never asking if the GM was able to do anythingAND that email followed months later without a followup email or phone call. - Housekeeping changed the sheets that day prior to check in and noted no needle at that time - GM Dean went into the room around noon the day ( Sunday) the guest checked out at the request of staff as the toilet was plugged and they could not get it. Upon entering the room everything looked fine, no apparent water issue. Also noted by staff members. GM Dean unplugged the toilet as well. The last sentence of the complaint above ( which info changes on different sites and the email to us ) is completely untrue I would ask that this complaint be given no merit as the guest did not properly work with the property to come to any resolve and refuses to do so. Look at previous reports on sites such as Trip Advisor to get a better sense of the kind of quality hotel we run. Thank You Dean ***GM
