C3 Computer Coroporation

We used C3 Computer Corporation for over three years and in that time they missed over 50% of our scheduled meetings. They always had an excuse and would rarely call in advance to reschedule. Mostly they would just no show and not call. We were kind and overlooked the issues and did our best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Because this behavior continue we finally canceled services with them. What was finally the last straw is they rescheduled our server installation 3 times and canceled last minute. We told them we were canceling services and their response was to say we still had to pay for the server and the installation even though they had not performed either. They also said we had to pay for several months of their contract even though we canceled due to lack of response and service. We spoke to the Operations manager and she also sided with her technician even though we have proof and they still have possession of the server. This company is truly corrupt and unethical I would highly advise not doing business with them. d
