sort, is inaccurate. My guys did not just start messing with those things. Mrs. [redacted] had insisted that my guys "try it" and we even have a video showing the customer laughing as my guys were "goofing around". Also, what Mrs. [redacted] failed to mention in her complaint is how she was drinking alcoholic beverages the entire time my guys were working. She also failed to mention how the police were called and involved in this matter as well. So, I believe I handled the situation as fairly as I could have, given the circumstances and constant reputation bashing I have received from this customer.

has given an A+ rating to. I explained the problem and provided information on the owner of this company. Rather than "understanding" the purpose of the letter,it was decided by the Revdex.com to pursue a refund. I want the Revdex.com to know that after three phone calls and a letter to Three Men & A Truck/C2 Moving the company would not refund my $325!! The company DID NOT REFUND the $325 to me. The company did nothing to resolve the issueIIII Did the company state how the issue was res.olved? May I suggest the Revdex.com ask? The purpose of my letter is/was to ask the Revdex.com to re-evaluate the A+ rating of the company. Consumers look to the Revdex.com for guidance in choosing reputable companies. I feel with the information I have furnished,my experience and a review on your site by another customer of C2 Moving,the Revdex.com might want to re-evaluate the A+ rating. Thank you,[redacted]

As of December 9, 2016 the above matter has been resolved. The customer has received a credit in the amount of $300.00.
