I have a signed contracted dated may 30, 2013 to replace my back door here at my restaurant. the contract price for the job was $1200.00 which includes material and labor. I gave him $200.00 deposit for the job and here we are august 4th and the job still hasnt been completed. after repeated phone calls he just gives me excuse after excuse. I just want to make sure I get my $200.00 deposit back so I can then start to look for someone else to put in the door.thanks[redacted]
