I paid this company, owned by two brothers, [redacted], to repair walls, repair some elect., prep and repair all cabinets, walls, ceilings, doors, fireplace's, all interior of house I bought. House was vacant. They were also to pull up some ceramic tile and sand the grout they was left. then they were to prepare the slab and install laminate flooring throughout house. They were to complete the entire job and make ready house. the old carpet, tile and all garbage was to be taken to dump.They did a terrible job, and painted the interior of house the wrong color twice! They also used a paint brand other than the one I agreed on and had gotten the paint chip from. The repairs to house were not properly done. The holes in drywall were covered with metal plates instead of drywall. Two closet doors were broken by them and the large bathroom mirror was broken. The flooring I paid them to install is popping up all over the house. They did not put the wall board trim back, they did not clean up anything, they did not clean up over spray and did not finish job.They walked off job and left a lot to do. I had already paid them but than had to pay others to correct mistakes and to go behind C-Y Services and repair and finish the job. Had to put in an entire other new floor as they did not stand behind their warranty on work or installing floor. I found my garage littered with cig. buts and ashes, beer cans, evidence of illegal drugs, and old carpet and garbage. It has been a very expense error hiring this company and paying them before job was finished and done right. They took advantage of a senior citizen whose husband had died and this was the first time I ever had to hire work done.
