unsatisfied service inproper repair ,unqualifed service tech.
called friday evening set up appt. for sat.morn.they never showed then I called and now set for sunday they showed sunday at 1130 tech [redacted] said unit was running constantly because of wire missing.Not true I here it cycling on and off .He replaced thermostat I dont know why had new one put in when they installed unit 2 yrs ago.He charged $195 for a cheap thermostat I can buy at Lowes for $ 49 . and then took to old one with him. our bill was $ 292 and fixed nothing . the tech was not quialifed to service anything. I called to talk to supervisor .said would call me back and never did, not a good way to run a business ,when you
