C. W is a fantastic realty and management company! They have gone above and beyond what I would consider "normal" representing my interests. They have listened to my ideas, understand my goals, guided investment properties, maintained those properties like they would their own. We have developed a partnership that is much more than just a business relationship. These ladies really care about what they are doing; Anytime I have questions or need anything, they are there to help. I have learned so much from them. Their advice and suggestions always have my best interesst in mind. It is unfortunate that sometimes they must deal with a side of a tenant that isn't always nice but they do it with professionalism, fairness, integrity, and respect. I know that having my properties under their supervision means I do not have to worry about monitoring how they are maintained. C. W allows me to rest easy and I have complete confidence in their abilities. They know real estate, they know managing properties, they know their clients, and they are a positive and successful team.. A team I am very happy with and to be a part of!
