company lost laptop
lost all memory
never got authorization to fix
lied on time spent to fix and bill
disgusting customer service
in mid april I gave laptop to company, 3 weeks go by and hear nothing, I call to find no work done, next day work is done, the guy on phone says he spent 20-30 minutes fixing, sends bill for $125 and an hour of work, I never gave permission to fix or approved any costs to repair. call office and agree on $50 payment, they are supposed to deliver laptop to certain address weeks go by and nothing, I attempt to call company twice in these weeks, both times I get a guy to answer saying a woman will call back, nothing. 5-6 weeks ago from now I call saying I must take legal action if my laptop is not returned, 1 week goes by and when they do contact me they say laptop is gone and they will give me $85 or a similar laptop, 2 weeks go by and after I call them they tell me there is trouble with my memory, 3 weeks go by and after I call they say my memory is gone and they will mail this random blank laptop to me, I ask if I can pick up only to hear not really , need appointment, if I do I need to call so they can prepare for my arrival. this is all for a simple bad email fix the laptop is a Dell inspiron 700m
