Thank you for your letter explaining a complaint towards my companyAn explanation in full follows:We were held up late last yearA check of police records will confirm thisThe person took the entirecash register leaving us a major problemWhen a new cash register was purchased we had it programedto reflect the $hike in the two services..Understanding that leads us to a bigger problemAbout this same time my manager went downwith cancer and is still out, and I went down with total knee replacement surgery leaving me out for overa month and now limited time to workYes we never got to change the menu board because of theseeventsThat menu board has since been corrected.Please ask the person making this complaint why he/she never complained when I lowered mybasic wash from $to $but was slow to correct the price board.C&S Wonder Wash proudly gives back to the community in many forms such as the sponsoringof a little league team, the sponsoring of cheerleaders, the humane society, the sponsoring of a dirt biketeam, and many more over the years and years to come.C&S Wonder Wash is also very good at keeping the price of its services affordable whilemaintaining a high quality of work and a very good repeat customer following.At this point I wifi take the non-political correct avenue, but I do so because I am having a hardtime believing this is all over $C&S will not reiniburse the $The customer was free to refuse theservice and simply leaveC&S wifi not give or free washes because of some perceived stress relatedissue again over $C&S Wonder wash would like to ask the person making this complaint to pleasetake his/her business elsewhere.Thank you and best regardsRocco S [redacted]
