In January, 2014 C & S Roofing replaced the roof on my house. Since that time we've had roof leaks with ceiling damage. C & S sent over a fellow to address the roof leak, however, the roof continued to leak and caused further damage to the ceilings. I called another roofer who checked the repair and found that silicon was used around the roof shingles which did nothing to repair the leak and the leak also ruined the wood underneath the shingles.

We also had blistering of the shingles due to excessive heat buildup in the attic. The roof shingles had to be completely stripped off along with the under layment. The roofer found that the under layment had been installed over all the roof vents which blocked the attic ventilation and caused major heat buildup which caused the blisters.

I would not recommend this roofer for either repairs or roof replacements.
