Good morning, I am responding to the complaint filed by Mr & Mrs *** on 6/12/against my company I stopped by the *** residence August !st 2017and met with Mrs ***, I thoroughly inspected the porch roof that was being questioned by the homeowners and found nothing
visually wrong with the roofing system we installed back on June 5th so I decided to preform a water test with a garden hoseI sprayed the water into the existing old wooden fir gutter attached to the facia eave trim board and the water immediately started leaking in all of the area's of customers complaint..Long story short, the roof never leaked at all, it was clearly the wood gutter leaking all alongPlease contact the ***s asap to confirm my findings and set the record straight with with the Revdex.comFairbanks roofing pride's itself with serving our customers with outstanding installations and commitments to all of our valued customers..We have been installing roof's throughout central & southern Maine for 40-years with "no" founded complaintsPlease call me anytime to discuss this matter at *** this is my cell phone number so I can be reached at any time : )
