C & S Painting & Restoration

Contract with C & S Painting and Restoration to paint the outside of my house. They powerwashed the outside on Friday May 10th prior to signing the contract. Contract stated : 1. Prepare the Client's premises. 2. Apply 2 coats of S/W Duration. 3. Clean up. Signed contract on May 10th giving them a deposit of $1250 and agreeing to pay balance of $2000 upon completion. Paint color was picked at this time from color chart but he did not get a sample. The crew arrived Monday May 13th and prepared house and starting painting. As soon as I saw the garage doors, I knew it was the wrong color. I picked a Practical Beige and the color they were painting was YELLOW. I asked, "Doesn't that look yellow, not beige." They all agreed!!!! The owner put up an nasty fit but agreed to go back to paint store. He then returned with not a new paint but a "fixed" paint that was still yellow. They agreed it was still yellow and asked what I wanted. I stated, "I want the color sample to be the color on the walls." He then,very upset, went back to paint store where they added red to the yellow color. Color is now Orange not beige. Tuesday, May 12 arrived again with entire crew although color was wrong!!! Wednesday showed up to remove all his supplies.
