I contacted C & S Lawn care to inquire about starting 2 new service contracts for lawn care. One for myself, and one for my elderly mother's residence. Mr. [redacted], the owner became aggressive and rude, shouting crude and extremely inappropriate language to me. This behavior was so severe, that I ended up in tears during this conversation, begging him to calm down. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I feel this was all very unprofessional and definitely not necessary.
