Summer of I bought $awning from this company They installed it and didn't give any further instructions/requirements on how to maintain/operate their product They didn't provide me with warranty or instructions I had to call after they installed to get both I found out after that you are unable to leave the awning out if it is raining but they neglected to inform me this Two days after install it rained and caused the the awning to tilt and needed repair The company tried to charge me for the labour and parts to repair it They were difficult to deal with, terrible customer service I will never deal with them again and will never recommend them to anyone Unless you want to stay home and babysit your awning to make sure nothing happens to it I recommend not buying one!!!!
