The estimated time for repair on my new phone was three weeks but after 2 months I still don't have it back and the company will not respond.
Eighteen days after I purchased my phone, the software on my Android phone stopped. I returned the phone to the store and they sent it back to Samsung. The estimated time for this repair was to be 3 weeks but after 2 months, I still don't have a phone. The representatives at the store claim that they cannot do anything for me; they will not follow up with Samsung. I have had to purchase a different phone because this is my only means of communication; I don't have a landline.
