I was addeed to another person's rental agreement after my military career. After putting all of the paperwork in the original leasee was notified that SHE would have to pay a second 'questionable credit' deposit for my residence. She would not and offered to vacate the property. [redacted] at CR property management said that she would not need the fee any longer. I signed all paperwork and we were free to go. We continued to live at this address for almost a year. Oncec vacating the propery and closing our rental agreement I was informed that she had not put myself on the lease at all. She also demanded that after two years at this location with no pets that we would have to pay to replace our own carpets. I have photos from thee move out and I understand the carpets needed to be cleaned, but they were in no way damaged. I have photos from the move out and will be taking CR Property management to small claims court for the alleged damages that came out for the deposit left.
