We walked the unit with Ms [redacted] and noted what the issues were with the unit, we asked her for a forwarding address at which time she declined to give to us as she said she preferred to just come pick up depositShe showed at our office demanding her full deposit at which time we indicated to her we were doing accounting of damages in the apartment, and that time said we should have told her what those were when we walked the unit with herWe informed her we don't do that as in the past when we have gone over apartment issues with the tenant, and the later find other issues, it complicated thingsShe accused us of being liars and without integrity Her full deposit was $We gave her $325.00, as there several items that we had to take care of in her unit, not to include the custom blinds that had to be replacedThanks

Tenant locked themselves out of unit during weekend, our policy is to call our emergency hour line cost to come out is $75.00, he called a lock smith that charged him the same amount so we will not be reimbursing him, and if fact be billing him for damage to the door
