Review: I never received the check for my deposit back after I moved out on August 2014 and CRE Rentals said they sent it around September or October 2014. They said they can re-issue me another check but it would cost me $30. I told them its not my problem for not receiving the check but they said its my problem. They told me to check with USPS and I did. But USPS told me if CRE Rentals didnt send by registered or signature required mail then they cant track it. I called back again to resolve the problem but CRE Rentals still didnt want to waive the $30 re-issue check fee.On the top of that, they charge residents first and last month pro-rate and also a full month deposit. For students, thats quiet a lot of money. After I moved out, they took half of my deposit out (I paid $565 for the deposit). I cleaned and vacuumed my apartment thoroughly before I moved out so I am not sure what they charged me. They said they have the list of things they charged me.Desired Settlement: Waive $30 re-issue check fee. Re-examine what they charged me from my deposit and hope to get more deposit back.
