customer had just purchased the vehicle the Sales Manager agreed to pay 50% of the cost of a new radiator and a new key. The total cost to repair the vehicle was 294.92 of which Hershey Motors paid 147.12. Hershey Motors believes paying 50% of the bill was fair considering the original agreement was as-is.Sincerely,Jessica H

back in when he had sometime to have [redacted] confirm that it was inoperable and discuss a course of action to remedy the issue. [redacted] never stopped back in or called in to discuss resolution.
