Review: I purchases a 2002 Buick Rendevouz from this guy who told me that it ran great and would last me all through college and he would knock the price down to just $[redacted] for me. Told me if anything happened to it to let him know and he'd take care of it because he wanted all of his customers to be happy. 8 days later it broke down on me. The head gasket blew. This guy took forever to get ahold of, he never answers his phone. Finally, got ahold of him and he said he'd fix it. Towed the car to him and he had it for almost 3 months. I'd call and call and call to ask for an update but I never got an answer and when he rarely did answer he'd say "oh I'm sure it will be done soon". FINALLY got a call from him and it was done. He told me he wanted $[redacted] since he put over $[redacted] into fixing it. I thought that was reasonable so I gave it to him. Got my car, 15 minutes after driving it, it broke down. Shut off in the middle of an intersection, I almost crashed into a house. I noticed while driving it that it wouldn't go over 40mph and the gas petal had to give to it. Rpms weren't going up, this mechanic couldn't have test driven it because he would've noticed that it wasn't fixed, that a new problem had emerged. Tried to get ahold of the guy and nobody will answer me.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so that I can buy a vehicle that works. I'm a full time college student and have a full time job and I need a vehicle. This is a huge inconvenience. He won't answer his phones at all. Please keep me updated. Thank you.
