On January 21, 2920, workers came to my house on Tuesday about 11:00 AM to do the repairs of the damaged ceiling. I noticed as they took out the damaged drywall and insulation, they did not replace new insulation. I called *** the same day and informed him of the matter. The next day, the worker brought insulation but he did not use it in all the places that they were preparing. My husband made me cognizant that the ceiling was not properly painted. Overall, the job was botched up, shabby, and crabby looking. I would advise other consumers and *** not to use this company service because they are dishonest and their pricing is very unreasonable for their poor workmanship. I tried to call them back but they weren’t responding. Consumers need to be aware of these types of contractors and their poor business ethics. I still need help in getting my ceiling repair correctly and fairly.
